Director of Inclusive Psychology Bahrain
Frances Willis,
Specialist Education and Schools Consultant

I have been in practice as a British (HCPC) registered Educational Psychologist in the UK since completing my doctorate training in applied Educational Psychology in 2015. I have worked with many different schools and organisations on a systemic level, and supported hundreds of children and their families. In 2023 I moved to Bahrain and set up Inclusive Psychology.

I believe that Educational Psychology can answer the question: 'What does this child need so that they can thrive?'

My practice focuses upon collaboration, listening to children's voices, and meaningful change. I deliver consultation, assessment and training in ways which align with my values. My approach includes recognising the contributions of all involved, having solutions which work for that context, and prioritising the child above all else.
Frances Willis is not registered with Bahrain's NHRA and does not offer medical opinion
